Since the year 2000 I began my process as an entrepreneur, acquiring an experience of more than 20 years in the administration of companies with more than 50 employees in charge, which allowed me to develop leadership skills that helped in the direction of a large operation and management direct staff. With this experience I decided to start my personal business and invest and in a new company in the transport industry. turning it into a generational wealth in the long term. Since then, I have been able to grow my business building a fleet of more than 20 trucks, a dispatch service for more than 40 transport companies.

By acquiring my knowledge and experience, I have wanted to share it with people who start in this industry, so I implemented a consultation and certification platform, which teaches new entrepreneurs how to start their own transport company.

As CEO of MORENO GLOBAL, I understand the importance of doing good business generates trust and credibility, helping rapid growth in this highly competitive industry.

Together with my husband, Hijinio, we began the building of our transportation company in 2016, managing to form it into a successful company. I have more than 10 years of experience in business administration, so I decided to take advantage of this knowledge and embark on this journey with my husband that has shaped me to become the woman I am today, making a difference in this industry dominated by men.

As CFO of MORENO GLOBAL, I am in charge of designing strategic plans that control the risk, investment and financing of the company with the aim of increasing the value of the company for its owners and associates. I identify strengths and weaknesses that generate action plans that help organize and guide accounting and finance, ensuring that the company is financially responsible.

Since 2016, I started traveling with my father and decided to enter the profession of trucking industry. Working alongside him taught me how to develop and implement strategies and procedures with business plans to enhance company growth.

My role at MORENO GLOBAL as Director of Operations is to ensure that our clients comply with all legal and regulatory requirements to operate with peace of mind in the transportation industry, in the same way to ensure our internal policies. I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of over 40 trucks and companies, ensuring maximum profits and providing a reputation for dependability and strict business ethics.
